今回の震災で何かアクションをと思われている方も多いと思います。

ラグビーを愛する人々の団結力を今ここで示すに絶好の機会です。ぜひご賛同を！

以下事務局からのメール内容です。

この度の震災にあたり、悲惨な出来事が未だ続き、それぞれの心に大きな傷を負うことになりました。

被災された方々には心よりお見舞いを申しあげます。この未経験の出来事の中にあって、自分が何をすべきか？　人として次にどう立ち振る舞うべきかを各々が試行錯誤しております。

本来公の機関が先陣を切って行動することが望ましいと思いますが、未だ続く災害を現実視いたしますと、軽率な判断や行動は、逆に被災されている方々にとって「マイナス」に働くことも考えられます。

そんな状況下でもすぐにでも準備できることを考えますと、それぞれが「しかるべきタイミング」が来たとき、一斉にアクションを起こせる強い絆を結んでおくことが今直ちにできる一番重要なことであると考えています。

以下の方に、急ぎ「賛同」と「登録」をいただき、いつでも力を合わせ行動に移せる準備を始めようと考えています。是非、ご理解をいただき発起人としてご賛同ください。

「このオーバルハート活動はラグビーを愛する人々が、いかなる逆境にも立ち向かい共に力を合わせて協力し合う活動です。またこの活動の象徴としてオーバルロゴを制作し、宣言の証しとして活用してまいります。

このロゴマークを広げ宣言者を増やし、力を合わす目的が定まったときに立ち上がりましょう」

このロゴは、二つのボールが重なり、心が芽生え、それを皆に伝えるために羽を与えられた、ラグビーの伝道師です。今回の東北地方で被災されている方々に対して、世界中のラグビーを愛する方々が力を合わせて協力し合うことを一番の目標とします。

「その時」のために「今」登録をお願いするものです。

全世界のラグビーを愛する方々を５０万人集めることを当面の目標とします。

発起人には、錚々たる名前が。それに懐かしい神戸製鋼OBの名前もあります。オールドファンとしても「その時」のために登録しておこう。

先日、私も登録しました。事務局からの連絡には、「OVAL　HEART　JAPANに対する依頼が、日本ラグビーフットボール協会より参りました。」とありました。さらに、発起人、賛同者の登録が増えていました。

こちらは、事務局から送られてきた英語の案内です。

Dear All,

Many people have been scarred in different ways during the horrific
disasters that took place since the big quake  of magnitude 9 that rocked Japan at 2:46pm on Mar. 11, 2011.

During the aftermath of the amazing number of events that have taken place thereafter, we've been struggling to come up with answers on how we can help.  We naturally feel that it would be the best and the most appropriate for a public institution or organization to lead the way in lending a hand to those who are in need of aid,

but in looking at the reality of the continuing fiascos that have followed,there is a possibility of wreaking further havoc if we act on the whim of an irresponsible judgment and decision.  Under these circumstances, we thought of what we can do immediately in terms of preparations of a next action.

The conclusion we've reached, is for all of us to form a strong bond and be able to act at the right timing at once and swiftly.  This is the proposal that I would like to put forth to you at this time.  The concept of our plan is per the below.

We'd like to get the endorsement and support of as many people as possible,and ask that you register in show of your agreement.  If you've been wondering how you can help Japan, how about joining us in start of preparations for something bigger?  One person can make a difference, but the power of a group of people cannot be matched.

We'd like to ask for your understanding of what it is were trying to do and achieve, and endorse this proposal by becoming one of the initiators.

After a certain number of initiators have registered, we'll let you know
when we plan to send a message globally of our plan. If you're willing to endorse and support our proposal, please kindly send back a response via e-mail and include the following information.

The Oval Heart is a logo for rugby-lovers who’ve declared to fight against all odds together, united as one and in cooperation with one another.
Please spread this logo to your friends and acquaintances so we can increase supporters of our actions.  We invite all endorsers and supporters to act at once when the true goals of our actions become more defined, clearer and decided.

で、17日は秩父宮行きました！　
1日で集まった義捐金額は200万円超。これ、すごいよねぇ。
西の方でもやればいいのにね。
